1. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vibelyflow to generate illegal content, harass others, infringe IP, or attempt to abuse the platform's infrastructure.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the Vibes you create. Public Vibes are licensed to other Vibelyflow users for forking and remixing under attribution.
3. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
4. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Liability
Vibelyflow is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the last 12 months.
6. Changes
We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
